ZERO BALANCING - A SHORTLIST OF BOOKS, ARTICLES & VIDEOS

“Zero Balancing” is one of those words that doesn’t fully convey what it’s about. However the more you learn about it, the more “Zero Balancing” makes perfect sense. Feeling balanced to zero means you are not leaning forward (+) or back (-) posturally - you experience more of zero in your alignment. Similarly being emotionally balanced is able to access equanimity - a kind of zero point between being over or under charged energetically. Mentally it means finding yourself not distracted by too many thoughts, approaching zero (or at least a softer voice in your head!). And spiritually, it can mean experience more of zero ego attachment and more connection to the circle of life.

ZB’s founder, Dr. Fritz Smith’s first book is “Inner Bridges”, which you’ll see listed below. If you were to purchase and read anything before studying ZB, that is the best starting point. If you want to know more about where ZB came from, my book, “Life in the Bones:” is very helpful as well.
